Species affected: Chinook salmon.
Location: Marine Area 2.
Salmon Rules:
- Daily limit two. Coho min. size 16 inches. Other salmon species no minimum size. Release Chinook and wild coho.
Reason for action: Marine Area 2 is expected to be approaching the Chinook guideline for the area by the end of the day Friday Aug. 21.
Additional information: Grays Harbor Control Zone and that portion of Grays Harbor (Area 2-2) west of the Buoy 13 line is open through Sept. 30 under the same rules as Area 2.
